Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist as well as an entrepreneur. She received many accolades throughout her professional career. She has also been selected for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards as well as eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis starred over a number of shows on television, such as Hiram as well as Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011, and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) Mars Ravelos Dyesebel saw her portray the Komiks iconic character Dyesebel. she also hosted the Showtime noontime program (2009-2010) Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 17th February, 1985. She is an Filipina and Australian actor. In her long career she has won numerous awards such as her two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards in addition to being awarded five PMPC Star Awards. She has also been recognized for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards as well as 8 PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis starred on several TV programs, including Hiram 2004-2005 Kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Dyosa 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. In 2014, she played the iconic Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Her other roles include hosting the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father, James Ernest Curtis Smith, married Ojales back in 1982. Jasmine, Jasmine's younger sibling is also an acting. Clare was diagnosed with a heart disease in 2007 when she was barely four months old.
