Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist as well as an entrepreneur. She received many accolades throughout her professional career. In 2014, she played the iconic Komiks Dyesebel character in Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. Her other roles include hosting the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is a native of Yarrawonga, Victoria, Australia the daughter of Carmencita Ojales a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan and James Ernest Curtis-Smith, an Australian lawyer. Her father, James Ernest Curtis Smith, married Ojales back in 1982. Jasmine, Jasmine's younger sibling is also an acting. Clare was diagnosed with a heart disease in 2007 when she was barely four months old.
